I want to bring the idea of good values alive into education and hope that people can face their weaknesses courageously; it is the only way to become better.
PURPOSE
I would like to educate people of any age about the wonders of this world; learn through exploring while equipping them with essential knowledge that allows them to tackle the challenges that they will face. Specifically, I have always been interested in the environmental field, especially on water pollution and air pollution. In the hope of becoming a chemistry teacher, I pose real-world problems to my students and give them the knowledge they need to solve future problems. Climate change, ocean acidification, infectious disease, and many more issues are happening — future generations need to be prepared. Furthermore, on inclusion, regardless of peoples' backgrounds, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, everyone has the right to learn and achieve their goals. I was a chemistry student who was fortunate enough to be in the field, I've realized that sciences can be very exclusive to the general public due to its complexity, but to face future challenges together, we desperately need teachers to inspire and donate the "tools" to the youth in a way that makes science accessible to the mind.
